  • Manuscript Review

    A manuscript review is a great choice if you're looking to revise a completed, book-length project and want detailed notes from an experienced editor. My reviews include an extensive editorial letter, line edits, comments on the page, and a follow up Zoom session or call so we can discuss your work in more depth. I’ve worked with everything from speculative fiction to memoir to YA/MG to self-help to historical fiction and more. Flat rates vary based on length of project.

  • Author Coaching

    If you’re looking for someone to help walk you through the steps of writing a book, then author coaching might be the best fit. During this one-on-one editorial experience, I will work closely with you to help shape a specific project while also teaching you the ins-and-outs of successful creative writing. Billed by the hour or on retainer, depending on the author’s needs.

    Copyediting & Proofreading

    If you’re satisfied with the overall content of your work and you’re looking for another set of eyes to look it over for grammar or syntax issues, then I also offer copyediting and proofreading services. Copyediting is a more comprehensive style edit that looks at the flow of the work and includes light-developmental edits, while the proofread is a straight-forward grammatical edit.

    Query Package

    Finding the right agent and crafting a successful query letter can sometimes be just as daunting as writing a book. With this package, I will walk you through the publication process, give you an overview of the market, offer advice on how to find the right agent, and help you write and revise your query letter. While publishing can be a tricky process, my goal is to give you the tools to find the best path forward for your work.
